据青岛日报报导，青岛市高新技术企业牵头与外省科技公司及国外技术合作，全面把握轨迹交通用高功能弹性体关键技术，开发出了满意我国高铁需求的高功能聚氨酯微孔弹性垫板，并具有赶快完成工业化的远景。
据了解，铁路轨迹大体上分为有砟轨迹(即在路基上运用石渣作为道床)和无砟轨迹(即选用混凝土、沥青混合料等全体根底替代散粒碎石道床的轨迹结构)两种，因为高铁的速度很快，周围的气流简单把石子带起来，对列车和旅客的安全有直接要挟，所以高铁都选用无砟轨迹，而无砟轨迹对弹性垫板的减振功能要求很高。
青岛海洋新资料科技有限公司是哈尔滨工程大学海洋先进资料研究院的工业化基地，也是国家确定的高新技术企业，其主导研制的具有自主知识产权的弹性体减振资料——高功能聚氨酯微孔弹性垫板，打破了国外核心技术的封闭和世界公司的产品独占。
该弹性体减振资料具有减振作用好、运转稳定性很高、成型工艺高效的特色，对提高我国轨迹减振技术水平，习惯高速、重载、大运量、高密度铁路运输具有重大意义。
据悉，现在青岛海洋新资料公司已建成年产500吨的试生产线，并试用成功，有望完成工业化，满意我国高速铁路和其他工业高质量开展需求。
